Step 1 : Create Header





Step 2: Create Document






Step 3: Click Mailings




Step 4: Select Recipients - Type A New List 




Step 5 & 6 : Click New Entry - Type The List
Then Click Ok When Done







Step 7: Insert Merge Fields 








Step 8: Preview Results






Step 9: Finish and Merge - Edit Individual Documents




Step 10: Save As -  Exer 2 Mail Merge
